how to setting service order in DBM can't delete before "released" action

Hi all,

Need your help to assist me how to setting/control in DBM which is the service order can't delete before released button.

Currently, after save the service order , system generate the so number and without released also user still can go to order option in header and choose delete.

current setting, after released system already block which is can't delete but i need control before released also, user can't delete.

Hi,

Go to DBM order action configuration at action control enhancement node.

Select action HEADER_DELETE.

Click status option.

Enter status ID RELEASE with config as "Partial" and "Full" ticked.
