Hai,

Customizing is client specific and you can do it through SCC4. The most important configuration tool is the Implementation Guide.You can use the IMG to make all configurations possible in the SAP standard. Any modifications you make to the SAP software in the IMG are known as Customizing settings.

If you really want to stop customising in your system closing your client will help, or if you want you can also prevent user from using IMG. You can do this by giving them display access to IMG.

But normally SCC4 settings is more than enough.

You can use SE06 for Repository and cross client objects, SCC4 and SE06 both actually work in tandem.
