Hi,
We want to send email alert when the QRFC ( SMQ2) queues get blocked, so that support
can start looking at it,
Also one of the other options we have is to run the job which clears the queue automatically.
Not sure what the program name is.. !!
Can someone advice on solution for both of the options.

I have gone through the link for CCMs alerts but i am not able to find teh exact link to specify the mail address.

For alerts on queues - normal alert categories will not help you can achieve this using CCMS. Check SAP Note 441269 as well
As suggested above RSQIWKEX setup in background should be able to auto release the queues.

1) You can monitor the Queues using CCMS.Check this

2) Use RSQIWKEX for restarting failed qRFC queues
