Email alert when Queue gets blocked

Hi,

We want to send email alert when the QRFC ( SMQ2) queues get blocked, so that support

can start looking at it,

Also one of the other options we have is to run the job which clears the queue automatically.

Not sure what the program name is.. !!

Can someone advice on solution for both of the options.

I am looking for a solution to send an E-mail alert when the queues(SMQ2) in XI gets blocked.

Could you please let us know the steps you acheived this.

I have gone through the link for CCMs alerts but i am not able to find teh exact link to specify the mail address.

Hi

For alerts on queues - normal alert categories will not help you can achieve this using CCMS. Check SAP Note 441269 as well

As suggested above RSQIWKEX setup in background should be able to auto release the queues.
