AISUSER: Customer Number & S-User identification

Dear Experts,

i have installed a SAP Solution Manager 7.0 (SP15) in a Windows Server 2003 OS System 64 bits with MS SQL in a VM (Virtual Machine). My own goal is to update the Solution Manager at the top of the upgrade (Minimum SP17) with the Maintenance Optimizer.

I have made the basics settings and the "Maintenance Optimzer" Tab appears when i use the solution_manager t-code.

I'm facing right now a problem when i want to assign to a User a Customer Number with a S-User.

The S-User has the Maintain System Data Authorizations and i have in hand the Customer Number.

The message error is :

Partner 0005017011 not found - see longtext

Could anyone help this? Any suggestion is welcomed.

Hello Pascal,

Enter user name and Contact person in AISUSER t-code. Don't give any value for SAP Customer number (S-number without S and zeros). Then click on tick mark which is on the left side of the Command field.

That is what i have done and the same message:

Another information:

SAP-OSS connection works.

I try to complete the maintenance optimizer wizzard and when i click on the "Select Files From Solution Manager 4.0" button, a browser window open. I have selected all the Support Packages related to SP17 and click on "Continue" button from the Maintenance Optimizer Field. I confirmed the files in the download basket and there is an error message:

Runtime Errors RAISE_EXCEPTION

Date and Time 23.12.2008 15:48:49

Short dump has not been completely stored (too big)

Exception condition "NOT_FOUND" raised.

What happened?

The current ABAP/4 program encountered an unexpected

situation.

Error analysis

A RAISE statement in the program "CL_SM_DATA_SENDER_RFC=========CP" raised the

exception

condition "NOT_FOUND".

Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior

program, processing was terminated.

Short description of exception condition:

For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use

Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called

function module from the display of active calls.

Hello Pascal,

There is one small change in my previous post. After entering the user name and S number without S and leading zeros, first you need to click on Save icon. Here you will see the same error message

Partner 0005017011 not found - see longtext. Then click on green tick mark which is left to command field. You should the message Data saved at the bottom. I have checked this just now and it is working for me.
