SSL_ERROR when consuming secure web service provided by third party

HI all,

we have been trying to consume a secure web service provided by third party in ABAP outside of SAP network. i have followed all steps mentioned in the blog

Calling WebServices from ABAP via HTTPS:

After finishing all the steps and restarting the ICM we are still getting SSL Error when testing the RFC.

[Thr 4] *** ERROR during SecudeSSL_SessionStart() from SSL_connect()==SSL_ERROR_CONNECTION_LOST

[Thr 4] session uses PSE file "/usr/sap/A0H/DVEBMGS29/sec/SAPSSLC.pse"

[Thr 4] No Secude Error present in trace stack!

[Thr 4] SSL_get_state() returned 0x00002120 "SSLv3 read server hello A"

[Thr 4] SSL NI-sock: local=10.66.131.143:45921 peer=147.204.5.43:8083

[Thr 4] <<- ERROR: SapSSLSessionStart(sssl_hdl=0x5d105d0)==SSSLERR_SSL_CONNECT

[Thr 4] *** ERROR => IcmConnInitClientSSL: SapSSLSessionStart failed (-57): SSSLERR_SSL_CONNECT [icxxconn_mt.c 2012]

Has anyone faced these issues?
