Batch Det'n- Available stock

Hai All,

am working on batch determination,

as per my req, batch should be determined at delivery level only. So in automatic batch determination i activated only "delivery item cat's".-V/CA

Maintained relevant settings in config. & created cond record-VCH1

Sort rule - Selection criteria is assigned.

When am creating delivery ( wrt sales order ), system is picking batch number-001 in which ( stock is not available,MMBE- stock is "ZERO" for this batch:001).

When I observe "availability overview" from delivery, its showing stock:999,999,999,00-

dont understand, from where this stock is picking from?? any idea

Can you check at delivery item category (tranx 0VLP), the value assigned for field AvailCkOff? It should be blank.

I am using std item cat- TAN

havent changed any settings , avaichk off- blank.

its working fine for the goods which is not maintained in batches.

am getting this prob only with batch managed materials.

In PP, Tcode:MSC2N,

Characteristics Values havent maintained.

ATP Qtty is picking Max, bcoz there is no check in OVZ9-Availability check-"Check without RLT" field

hence its capturing availability is max in ATP qtty field.

problem is solved.

Also check your material master, in MRP2 VIEW your availability check should be 02 "Individual requirement".
