As per functtionality is concern, there is least change in both the version you can get idea of the the same from the SAP Release note. However in one of the assignment we have made SMTD document core part of it I am sharing with you.

Hello Nitin,

Where did you find these t-code wise upgradation changes? What is SMTD?

The best way to find all the changes among the various versions is to refer to the various detailed release notes in the system itself.

Go to T code SO99 (Release notes), and click on the "mySAPRelease notes: entire list". As per your requirement ie version upgrade, you can select the relevant release notes and go into the display structure.

Under the PS node you can see the detailed documentation of the changes from one version to the other. I found this very useful.

I was away from Office so, bit late to reply .

Coming to your point, SMTD ( System Migration Technical Document ) which we made for as part of upgrade / migration. You can say this is not standard term but in SAP consultncy sapce it is being used largely.

Hoever, i am agree with Venu, Release note is the best option to compare the diff. between the two version / what are the funcationality has been added in pertucular version.

Hi Nitin,

'define reference points for integration of PS wih iPPE' is the SPRO setting. I would really appreciate if you can help me understand, how is it used in Application. Where do we use this connection in easy access or in application?

Thanks
