Hi,
Could anyone please provide me the link or document which describes major differences between versions SAP R/3 4.6C and SAP ERP 6.0 for PS Module?
As per functtionality is concern, there is least change in both the version you can get idea of the the same from the SAP Release note. However in one of the assignment we have made SMTD document core part of it I am sharing with you.

Advantages:
1.The main advantage of the overall network scheduling asynchronously is the restriction over networks, to be schedule is possible while working with large sub network projects which reduces time.
2.Option of giving level is a new feature which can be used as Selection criterion. Maximum of 9 levels for standard networks can be used.
3.Option of scheduling networks or only sub networks is possible.

Levels of Network to be maintained

T Code: CJR2 (Planning Cost Elements/Activity Inputs)
In ECC 6.0 CJR2 has been enhanced when compared to CJR2 in 4.7. Negative values can be planned by using CJR2 transaction for Investment revenues (Eg: Selling out own fixed assets)
Advantages
The planning of the investment revenue (generated from sale of asset) can be planned as negative revenue with a minus sign in ECC 6.0 where as its not possible to maintain any sort of negative values in revenue prior to this version.

In ECC6.0, the transaction for Structural overview (CN41) is enhanced to CN41n which is user friendly.
Advantages:
1. The main advantage of CN41n over CN41 is editing is possible in detailed navigations of the master data
2. Standard Variants can be created

The best way to find all the changes among the various versions is to refer to the various detailed release notes in the system itself.
Go to T code SO99 (Release notes), and click on the "mySAPRelease notes: entire list". As per your requirement ie version upgrade, you can select the relevant release notes and go into the display structure.
Under the PS node you can see the detailed documentation of the changes from one version to the other. I found this very useful.

I was away from Office so, bit late to reply .
Coming to your point, SMTD ( System Migration Technical Document ) which we made for as part of upgrade / migration. You can say this is not standard term but in SAP consultncy sapce it is being used largely.
Hoever, i am agree with Venu, Release note is the best option to compare the diff. between the two version / what are the funcationality has been added in pertucular version.
