Rush order :-Even though stock available Sytem is not ablet to confirm

Hi all,

In case of Rush order- insipite of stock available in the system its not able to confirm the quantities .

Immediate delivery is not happening because of this

Please let me what might be the reason?

Hi anil maripady

As you are doing rush order , first of all go to VOV8 and check the following things in rush order document type :

1) Shipping Conditions - immediate

2) Immediate Delivery - [X}

3) Lead time in days - NIL

Now go to MD03 and check how much stock is available of that material and how many open orders are also there with that material in that plant

Another option go to MMBE and check how much stock is there for that material in that plant and storage location

kindly check the Lead time, any thing set for the order type and immidiate check is activeted.

in MMBE check whether the material is avialble in the unrestricted stock and as above they have mentioned kindly check the scheduline line Tab in the order before saving.

Immediate delivery switch if you activate for OR also in VOV8 the delivery will get created on saving the order in standard order

Do you have enough stocks In MMBE in the unrestriced use?

After entering all the details in the order before saving go to the schedule lines of the item and see whether schedule lines are created for today?

Eventhough stocks are available are you sure is there any reservations for that order in CO09

Dear Anil,

Stock which is available that might have assigned to other sles or delivery docuemnts

Chek that through CO09 transaction.
