Hi,

Does everybody access the catalog in the same manner? i.e. is there a generic user/pass configured in the call structure for this catalog or are you using SSO login? If using SSO make sure the catalog client has this user set up and is valid, if using a generic call structure make sure you do not have the BBP_CAT_CALL_ENRICH Badi interfering with the login procedure either

Regards,

Jason

Hi Sam,

I suggest you contact Hubspan as the error suggests

This is not an SRM error.
