Hi Experts,
One of my customer is getting this error when he is trying to select one of the catalog...error is "Error Executing Transaction, contact Hubspan for assistance. "
any inputs.....

Both the users belong to same org unit... one is able to see that particular catalog while the other user is not able to view the catalog...
any inputs regarding this issue..

Does everybody access the catalog in the same manner? i.e. is there a generic user/pass configured in the call structure for this catalog or are you using SSO login? If using SSO make sure the catalog client has this user set up and is valid, if using a generic call structure make sure you do not have the BBP_CAT_CALL_ENRICH Badi interfering with the login procedure either

For few users we are not experiencing this error , but for some users they are experiencing this error...

I suggest you contact Hubspan as the error suggests
This is not an SRM error.
