Hi,
Can anybody provide integration between SAP RE & SAP PS modules pls.
Regards,
Mohan
Hiu2026u2026I have collected some inf:
Integration of PS and RE module is new.
1. You can assign WBS to the RE object like Business entity/Building/Rental unit. But you cannot do this other way round and you cannot view this in project.
2. You can settle the project costs to RE object.
3.Construction projects are usually entered as an acquisition in Asset Accounting when they are complete and then they are linked with a Real Estate object.
4.You can activate costs for extensive maintenance measures by making a settlement to the asset. You can assign depreciation on the asset to an internal order. Depreciation appears in reporting by assigning the Real Estate object to the order.
Hope this information helps you.

Hi Chandra,
Thank a lot. Very useful info indeed. By the way if you can through some light on Integration between SAP RE and SAP SD I would be greatful to you. Currently we are implementing SAP ECC 6.0 with PS to a Construction Company. Client is also intrested to go for RE module requirements, in that situation what would be the impact on SD module.

Mohan
