Nothing Displayed In Root Cause Analysis

Hi,

We have configured Solution Manager Diagnostics on Solution Manager 7.0 SP 14.

Diagnostics Server, Agent and Introscope Agent setups has been done successfully.

We have two clients in Solution Manager, 001 and 100.

SMSY is configured in 100 and BI Client is 001.

All the scheduled tasks like Collect Configuration Data, EWA GCA Task, etc executes successfully.

But No Data is displayed in http://<solution-manager>:50000/smd - > Root Cause Analysis -> E2E Exception Analysis , E2E Workload Analysis, etc.

Please help me to resolve this.

Hi Ragu,

Thanks for the reply, actually i was busy in other project.

I have seen those guides, and as per these guides all the E2E Jobs are running successfully.

I am not getting any error while i am trying to access the E2E Workload Analysis or Exception Analysis, the only blank screen appears.

Can it be cause of separate BW client?
