Hi all,

Currently the level of Access control which we have deployed is SP0 .We had seen the service market portal under the java components .There were support packages starting from SP01 to SP05.Do we have to apply them all or else we will have to apply only one of them which is the latest in this case SP05.If we dont apply support packages will it be a problem.

Thanx and regards,

Ambarish

Hi Ambarish,

You can directly download SP05 and upgrade . It is NOT required to download all teh SP's.

The bugs which has come across wll be rectified in the latest Support packages.

It is always to have latest support packages in your system.

Thanks & Regards

Dear Ambarish,

There is a bug in ERM patch 5. When it gets installed, the miscellenious page comes blank. We have done it in training server and we had to bring the patch level down to 4. As far we searched, there is no OSS note yet to fix this problem. You may go to CC patch 5 and CUP patch 5(as there is a bug in CUP patch 4 as well) and wait for for any fix for ERM patch 5, after that you may go for patch level 5.

Hi Sabita,

We have upgraded SP05 for ERM.and faced the same problem while opening miscellenious page blank.

This we have rectifed by uploading/importing the xml files again.

path to upload .xml file

ERM>>Configuration>>Initial System Data.

Browse and select the file in the order

1. RE_init_clean_insert_data.xml select(clean and insert)

2. RE_init_append_data.xml select(append)

3. RE_init_methodology_data.xml select(append)

Please refer to the NOTE# 1255303

Kindly try importing this above files and let us know.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Gangadhar,

Yes we tried the same in our training server and the misc page in ERM was still blank. So we came down to patch level 4 in ERM while having patch 5 in CC and CUP.
