Hi ppl,

I have created a smartstyle with a paragraph format, say B1 which should print bold characters in black.

I am using this paragraph format (B1) to print texts in my smartform.

The text is being printed correctly in development system (black and bold).

But, in Quality system, the text is shown only in black (not bold).

I checked the smartstyle and the smartform in quality system. The transport has been done correctly.

Please let me know what can be the cause of this mismatch in Development and Quality systems.

Hi Dawood,

Have you tried taking a printout, as we cannot rely on what is showing up in the printpreview.

hi ,

some times in preview we cannot figure out whether its in BOLD or not , so its better to take print out and den check if still its not coming bold means in quality system that particular FONT is not supporting,

upload the font in quality also in this case

Once again transport the style and check in Print not in Print Preview.
