No Live cache connection

when i try to access the interactive demand planning,i am getting "no livecache connection" in my laptop

i have installed ORACLE as Database,please explain how to connect the Live cahe

Hi,

follow the below process we will come to know whether the livecache is in active ot not

Tcode in scm system:LC10

Name of database connection :LCA

GOTO livecache monitoring tab

goto administration and choose operation,

check operational status, if it is green it is in active

if it is in red, to start choose start livecache tab
