System Copy-Erorr while Instalation DB specific methods,Oracle Software

Hi All,

While doing the Oracle specific system copy, instalation stops with below error, 'Oracle Software Not installed, Install Software First'

Actually I installed the oracle software put the CONTROL.SQL file in the instalation direcory, and follow all steps as Instalation guide,

Have anyone get same error, Please help me in this,

Windows 2003,Oracle DB,NW 7 SR2

Is Oracle patch to the same level as the DB of the source system?... Also check that all services are running.
