Can't connect to SAP server1 but can connect to SAP server2

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is right section of the forum to post my question...

I have two SAP servers behind a sap router, I can connect remotely via the internet to server1 but not to server2, the saprouttab policies for the servers were identical. The error is "route permission denied". There's nothing wrong with the firewall policy since I can connect to server1 from a public IP. I use the same sap router string for both servers on my SAP GUI. Would you know what's blocking the connection?

Thank you.

Are you have VPN switch? Try to post full log, but before read

Note 33135 - Guidelines for OSS1

Note 598265 - Different connection variants, sapservX list

Note 486688 - Schedule VPN connection to SAP network

Note 33953 - Network providers for connection to SAPNet R/3 Frontend

P.S. for sapserv2 you need to use SNC connection.

Regards.
