We are currently changing our Non Unicode based system to Unicode. My question is regarding the difference between Unicode and Non Unicode systems, I observed , when trying to save File using System>List>Save-->Local File.
When we try to save the spool to local file using above , in Unicode system , I am gettng one more field
named "ENCODING" as a input, along with DIRECTORY and FILENAME.
This extra field called "ENCODING" is not present in Non Unicode system.
The problem is when the users are now trying to download the spool using above method, they are getting confused by seeing this additional field. Also in unicode system, the window size of the pop up which displays all the three fields has not changed. So only this "encoding" column is visible, adding more confusion to the users.
My question is whether we can hide this addtional field. or whether we can enlarge the popup window
so that all the three columns viz Directory, Filename and Encoding are visible.
