Cross Cilent Problem

hi.....Please guide me to solve this problem facing at the time creation of Condition Table at Pricing---pop up shows, "u r not allowed to change Cross-client Customizing". I m not able to enter the table. same for Access Sequence too. I m using currently SAP4.7 . Need ur help !

This is related to authorisation issue please take help of BASIS people they will fix the issue.
