Availability time to schedule CC

Hi all ,

We are using NW2004's SP09,Is it possible to use this option.

Presently I dont see this option.How to configure the same.

no, SP09 is too low level to use it

Hi Srini

Its available from SP 10 i think. You can always check with release notes at Service Market place for the feature it supports.
