Could not calculate a valid Support Package queue SPAM

I want to upgrade the components through SPAM, and I´ve defined a queue and I get the prerequisites. I get the next message error.

"Could not calculate a valid Support Package queue"

What can i do?

What is your current support pack level and what componetn are u trying to upgrade
