1>We have a custom program which sends mail about any changes in customer master to various Sales representatives of various geographies. We are facing a problem when the update alert goes to Japan region, where in the Kanji text is being sent as junk characters(something like this - u#@). Has anyone faced similar kind of issue?? Please help us out in resolving this. Any input on this is appreciatable.

User is unable to see the text maintained, which is blank page. But we can see the text in kanji , would like to know why only japnese users cant see the text when rest of us can see the text in Kanji.
Kindly help us...
