Actual Values

Hi Experts,

I am working on creating a Custom BW report for WBS element . We need Budget and Actual value along with other values.

I was able to find tables which helped me getting all required fields in the report except Actaul Values :-

Tables used so far are PROJ, PRPS, BPJA,RPSCO .

S_ALR_87013558 is report where i can see actual value that I need.

Please advice me how can I find actual value ? I have tried to using RPSCO (searching RPSCO with OBJNR from PROJ & PRPS) but unable to get desired actual values.

Hi,

Give Value type as "4"(actual) will give u desired result.

You are referring to Value type in RPSCO table ?

I am executing table with only OBJNR and Value type I see in table RPSCO is 41 . THere are no value 4 in the table.

When I give object number from PRPS-OBJNR in RPSCO . I dont get any record for value type 4 . Only get values of Value type 4.

Can you please tell me If you are also using PRPS-OBJNR as key to search in RPSCO ?

Hi Murtuza,

Value type 41 means the budget you have assigned to that WBS or object.

If you are not getting any value for value type 4 then check whether is there any actual posting against this WBSe in report s_alr_87013558 ?

i firstly find the object number in AUFK，the use the object number to find the actual values in table RPSCO

What is the Field used in AUFK to find OBJNR . I tried to Search AUFK with PSPEL(WBS element ) but I don't get any record from AUFK for the WBS ELEMENT . I used following PRPS-POSID = AUFK-PSPEL ..Is this right way to search AUFK ?

Hi Murtuza,

Both table PRPS & AUFK have diffrent purpose.

PRPS is related to WBS element and you will get OBJNR for particular WBSe.

AUFK is related to Network and Order(maintainence, warranty etc.) and if you give wbs element there to fetch data then if any network or order linked to this particular WBS would return. And in AUFK OBJNR belongs to this network or order.

Ok..got it...So I think AUFK is not the one that I need.

I found a table COEP which contains Actual Values and this value is matching with the S_ALR_87013558 report.

when I search COEP for OBJNR from PSPNR I get rquired value. But issue here is when I include this Join Condition in my View , it takes long time to retrive record and this is due to I am unable to include all the Key of COEP in the Join Condition.

Following are the Join conditions in my View :- (Tables PROJ,PRPS,BPJA,COEP,TBP0L)

PROJ-PSPNR = PRPS-PSPHI

PRPS-OBJNR = BPJA-OBJNR

BPJA-TWAER = TBP0L-WAERS

COEP-KOKRS = PRPS-PKOKR

COEP-OBJNR = PRPS-OBJNR

PROJ-MANDT = PRPS-MANDT

PRPS-MANDT = BPJA-MANDT

TBP0L-MANDT = PROJ-MANDT

COEP-MANDT = PRPS-MANDT

Please suugest what is wrong with above join ?

I am getting desired result but performance is very bad sometime I get Dump due to time exceed .

Just found a thead on this.

Adding COEP-LEDNR = '00' in selection improved the performance of View .
