The problem is that Business Area xxxx is not derived for company codes xxxxx and zzzzz

in the sales orders,

I ve checked the assigment and looks correct.

Any Idee?

try this,Business area is linked with Plant/valuation area.

T.code-OMJ7-Here u can assign plant/valuation area with business area

U can define business area in OX03

OX03 Create Business Area

OMJ7 assign Business Area to Plant / Valuation Area and Division

OVF2 Org Unit: Sales Area - Business Area Determination rule

OVF0 Org Unit: Business Area Determination rule

OVF1 Sales Area - Business Area Determination rule Slsorg/DstCh
