Stoks at wm Level and Inventory Level differ in T/c LX23

Hello SAP Smarts

I have an Issue LIke

Unequal Stocks in Inv u2013Wm in T/C Lx23,

Scenario:

1) Outbound Delivery No 81319902 was Created by user , then a Transfer order

No 5362904 was created and confirmed

(Incidentally this Delivery was deleted by user)

2) 2) Outbound Delivery No 81266096 was Created by user , then a Transfer order

No 5319341 was created and confirmed

(Incidentally this Delivery was deleted by user)

Both the above T.Ou2019s were Moved with Storage unit / HU 332674400014018052

Specifications: Plant 5100 / ware house 103

Now , when we go to MMBE , we Put the Material 20003994 / Plant 5100 / warehouse 103 , it shows stocks of 0.200 kg in Storage location sl01

And shows stocks of 744.800 kgs in Storage location TM04

When we Go for LX23, Stocks of this Material 20003994 are visible in Storage Location Slo1 , as 0.200 kg with Inventory Level and 745 kgs for Wm Level

Incidentally, SL01, is WM/ HU Managed and TM04 is not activate for WM Component

Now we would Like to Know, Is there any Process where In we would be able to Maintain Equal Stocks in both Inv and Wm Level

Or

How could we have this Stock Discrepancy?

What we have Tried is :-

1) T/c VLMove by inputting Movement Type 311 but system did Post a Inbound Delivery , Asked us to Pack it but when we want to Pack it , the Material is not getting Selected while Packing

2) we have tried for Transfer Posting but same thing Happened

3)we Tried for LT01 / LT 10 but to No Success

Thanks for YOur Prompt Answer !!!

Incidentallly My issue Could NOt be resolved Since this is Like this

Material 20003994 is active for Wm component and Hu Managed

Storage Location SL01 is Wm Hu Managed and Storage Location TM04 is Non Wm Hu Managed

Know , issue is when i go to MB51 and see the Stocks , it shows 0.200 kg against Sl01 and when is select this and go for WM Movements in Environ Ment ,

-->This Shows stocks of 0.200 kg against Sl01 and 744.800kg against TM04

The issue is we have Raise this with SAP but they asked us to refer this Notes as Mentioned above ,

For storage locations with HU management, you can use Transaction LX23 only

to display stock differences between WM and IM, but you cannot clear any

differences. HU stocks cannot be analyzed at all.

--> waiting for SAP to see the Production Server and suggest any Remedial solution

Here lies the bug at SAP

Creating the Transfer Order and confirming it should have moved the stock to a 9xx series storage type (for example: 910 Issue)

Posting Goods Issue for the Delivery should have moved it from 910 Issue to consumed (for example)

Because the delivery was deleted, I assume that it had not yet been PGI and that the stock still remains in 9xx storage type

Have you thought about using Tcode LT01 & move it from the 9xx storage bin to the actual warehouse managed storage bin?

Example, Source bin = 910 Issue, Destination Bin = 001 BIN_A

Csaba makes many good points in his previous answer. It is important to understand what caused the discrepancy in the first place, and to take the appropriate corrective action so that the problem does not re-occur.

You didn't mention if you are using Decentralized WM. If so, you should also check for failed IDOCs.

If your only goal is to reconcile the inventories between WM and IM, you could try standard SAP program RLABGL00.

Hi,

You stated that user deleted outbound deliveries "incidentally" for which the TOs were created and confirmed.

If the user only deleted the delivery it means that no goods movement had happened. Otherwise the delivery couldn't have been deleted as per my best knowledge.

1.

Can you see any (relevant) goods movement in MB51 for the material we're speaking about? If you can't, how did your stock appeared in the other SLoc (TM04)?

2.

If your SLoc (SL01) is both WM and HU managed, you can use LX23 only to report the differences, so, you cannot eliminate the difference via LX23.

Please check thoroughly what had happened and also check the notes. If you can't cope with the problem please come back, there are people here (not many) with high knowledge about HUM.

(or if it is a programm error or something smimilar you may have to contact SAP AG)
