Thamizhchelvan,
APO Documentation Library is contained within the SCM Documentation Library.
SAP Libraries are part of the package that your company bought when they purchased their SAP software licence. It is located on one of the DVDs in the installation package. Ask your Basis person for the DVD, you can install any of the SAP Libraries onto a local PC. Some people have been known to copy these DVDs, although I cannot comment on whether or not this practice is legal.
Licensed customers of SAP can also download the software at the software distribution center
Clik on Search>enter 'SCM Document' as a search term. Downloadable Docs will be displayed. I believe they are offering SCM 4.1, SCM 5.0, and SCM 2007.
If you are not a customer, SAP Help DVDs are also available for purchase from the SAP Knowledge Shop.
http://www.sap.com/about/company/shop/index.epx
Clik on 'SAP Knowledge Shop'. Once in the knowledge shop (blue formatting) look at the right hand side of the page, Clik Documentation>Cross Industry Solutions>SCM.
