TO splitting

Hi,

When I am creating TO for a material for 100 PCE, system is creating 100 diffrent TO instead of only 1.

I have gone through the TO split config. Profile for TO split exists in my warehouse number so I came to know about the control.

But here I want to know how the system is splitting on 1 PCE quantity.

There is a routine attached to the TO split profile.

Can anyone be able to tell me how the routine is controllong the quantity split OR I am thinking in a wrong direction.

Try checking your material master record, Warehouse Mgmt 2 tab, palletization data, LE Quantity. If it is set at 1 PCE and you have TO split active, you will get a seperate TO for each quantity of 1 PCE.

Hi,

TO split can happen in two ways. One by maintaining split profile and another away is to code in the user exit to do the split. Check with the developer to see how the code is doing the split if at all something is written. If only split profile is maintained check the parameters in the sequence in which they are maintained. System sorts the TO items as per the parameters maintained in the sort profile and then splits accordingly.
