hi to all can i know in which table all user password sit.

Actually i have to maintain documentation for user master record .

so being a Basis Admin how can i check users password.

As 'Basis Admin' you can control the length of user's passwords, how often they need to change them, if certain characters/digits etc must be used, restrict them from using certain words etc, etc.

But you can't view their passwords, why would you ever want to do that?

i know through parameter we can do that but i have to mantain documentation for all user that's why i am saying..

For WebAS 6.20 and below password, are encrypted through 1 way HASH. it cannot be unencrypted.

with Netweaver, mechanism is different but still cannot be unencrypted.

so, forget about getting passwords from a table.

User and passwords are located in table USR02, for obvious reasons all passwords are encrypted... so you can't check user passwords (That will be a security flaw)...
