MOPZ Configuration Error-Current IBase component is not in an active IBase

Dears,

I have configured MOPZ on my solman 7.0 but when i go to Plan Maintanence i am getting error-

"Current IBase component is not in an active IBase"

Also followed Note 1030498 - Maintenance Optimizer - IBase is not active but same error

Please suggest.
