message does not enter to the XI

I am trying to send a message RFC2WS and see this in the RWB(does not enter to the XI)

Error in processing caused by: com.sap.aii.af.rfc.afcommunication.RfcAFWException: lookup of alternativeServiceIdentifier via CPA-cache failed for channel 'Sender_RFC_CRU' (7545c57886543d3abc1d6122a8928e5b, party '', schema 'TechnicalSystem', identifier 'MCU#400')

I tried to refresh the cache and still recive this answer.

any suggestions?

the problem was at the BASIS. the DB was full

Hello Kfir,

pls try the following:

1) check your receiver and interface determination

2) check your RFC sender channel on XI and what is the programm ID?

3) in SM59 of the sender system, check the destination with the programm ID above and make sure the destination is fine

what exactly and how do I check in the SLD?

appreciate to know where do I check the type, or how do I configure or compaing the SLD?

(specific windows, tabs, what to check, etc.)

HI,

If you are using the Business System for RFC then heck the Adapter Specific Identifiers in the Business sytem which contians RFC adapter.

Make sure that R/3 System ID is equal to the one specified in the SLD.

You can also "compare" the same with that in the SLD.

You should concider clearing the SLD data cache before comparison

Make sure that the business system used for RFC sender is of type WebAS ABAP. And if you use business service, then from communication channel -> advanced option -> unckeck option "Verify Sender System".
