Hi Experts,

while doing the normal integration test I get this error "Bean SMPP_CALL_JAVA_RUNTIME3 not

found on host <fully qualifid host name >"

Hi,

Check the java instance of XI server, if that is down then this error is produced. Check in SAP MMC -->java instance and start this instance to resolve the issue.

Thanks for quick response, java instance of XI server is up and working fine but still i am getting this error .

Hi,

Check in SMICM>GOto>Parametrs display---> check for the fully qualified domain value icm/host_name_full

if this is correct, if not then ask your basis guy to change in in RZ10. After changing this parameter restart XI server.

Hi ,

I have Checked in SMICM>GOto>Parametrs display---> check for the fully qualified domain value icm/host_name_full is correct and i have restarted the server but still facing same problam .

i wonder if you already resolved this problem, cause i'm facing the same one. and just like you, i already did their suggestions like, restarting the server/services, clearing cache, etc.
