System status for AR

Dear Experts,

When the final approver , approves the Appropriation request the system status has to change automatically "Released" status ,after "Approved" status.(Coz' User need not to go for IMA11 and change "released"status-it has to automatically happen)

Can anyone guide me.

This standard behaviour and you have change system status manually to REL.

The system automatically sets created status for the appropriation request when you create it. You have to set for approval status manually. Approved or rejected status can be set either automatically or manually. You have to set released, technically closed and closed status manually.
