All background jobs are getting cancelled without any logs

Hi Experts

All the background jobs are cancelled in solution manager7.0 SAP_BASIS 700.

In SM21 i am getting the following errors

TemSe input/output to unopened file

Error at DB commit, return code 001024

SAP Commit Failed

I have scheduled the background job SAP_REORG_JOBS for deleting old job logs, but that job is running for 3 days and rest of the jobs are still getting cancelled. If i run this program in dialog, i am getting TIME_OUT error.

Spool is also deleted using the report RSPO0041.

my query is how can i overcome this issue. Can i delete the job logs manually from OS level.

Hi,

Please check note 662452.

Also disable real time antivirus scanner according SAP note 106267 - its filter driver runs in kernel

mode and might prevent the file access - please set its service to disabled and reboot the machine.

Hi Warren Wong,

Sorry for not mentioning my OS, My solman runs in Solaris.

if number of files in /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/ if the files for JOBLG and SPOOL more, then can i delete manually.
