KOB1 report download query

Hi Experts ,

I want to download the cost report using T code KOB1 but default format it is taking to download is XML format ..I want to change this format to XXL format.

Can any one help...

Dear Payal,

Also you can go through via menu

List->Export->Spreadsheet

From above menu you can select the all availble formate and select required XXL format to download

or

From the Menu List-> Export-> Local file-> select spreadsheet -> give ur required file name with XXL extension and generate the report.

Hope u can download the report as per ur reqiuirement..If so close this thread.

HI

after executing the report in the layout select the spread sheet button or CtrlshiftF7.

then you get options, select radio button all availble formate, there you can get XXL formate
