Stage wise Rejection

Dear SAP Friends,

We are create a material's as per the operation numbers.

We are also implimenting QM Module & assign to each material.

As we create a production order for 100 Nos from first material to last material & dose the confirmation,following suituation comes in picture -

first material confirm at that time 2 nos were scrap at confirmation 2 are in inspection.

second material confirm with 96 Nos,out of that 3 scrap at prodution & 1 scrap at inspection.

in thai way at the last (final operation)we confirm 86 qty.

Now we want a report which shows all the flow of material ok,scrap at production & scrap at inspection.

Can we see this kind of report from system?

or,

it may developed by ABAPer.

Do you have seperate material codes for each operation. In that case, you can get the desired report of rejections through notifications. What you need to do is create Q3 notiifcations for oprn wise material code and in corresponding notifications you can refer your Production order. all these notifications can be consolidated in desired form by an ABAPer but it will be a development and offcourse your requirement can be addressed most probably.

Hello,

You may need to go to ABAP develompent from the same. There is no standard report which gives both scrap from operation confirmation and from Inspection. You may not develop the report to get the complete flow of the material.

Operation scrap you will get from AFRU table

and Inspection scrap you will get from QALS table.

Pass order into both the tables for getting the flow
