Alerts problem

Hi

I configured SAP PI Alerts, but alerts not triggering automatically. when I execute RSALERTTEST on SE38 Tcode. its getting triggered and I can see the alert messages in alertinbox as well as in email. How to make it to trigger for any message failures automatically.

Hi,

You need to goto alert configuration in Runtime workbench and can create rules according to the req.

Hi Vasu,

You have to create a alert rule in RWB and also conditions mentioning your interface and namespace.This will trigger when you interface is failed.
