Hi Chandra,

The error message is there in your log.

"2EETW104 "R3TRFUGRJ1I7 " was repaired in this system and must not be imported.

R3trans.exe finished (0008).

Details of the error situation can also be found in the import logs

"

Funciton group J1I7 was repaired in the system. So it cannot import it. Ask your developer whether they can reset repair flag. I think this object was not handled in SPDD/SPAU when it prompted.

Try to read log.....

Thanks,

Kiran.

Nice catch kiran,

release all unreleased transports. this is the first step that should be done BEFORE applying support packs.

Hi Chandra,

While you are importing support packs it will write some log file sin /usr/sap/trans/log and also /usr/sap/trans/tmp. Verify each log with patience definately it will show the error message. with out providing error information one cannot fix in the air.

Thanks,

Kiran.

Hi,

Try to Start the spam from OS Level.

Assuming you tp.exe is already running, So first step is to kill the tp.exe(Kill the process)

Then try start OS Level command under <sid>adm,

tp r3i (SP name.sap) tag=spam.

This will finish your import.

Do you really know what you are doing? Those "r3i" commands are usually only suggested by the support. I did never need them (in the last 13+ years).

"tp" requires a profile name, you have to add "profile=<path-to-profile>\<transport profile>".

the TP R3I command you are using WILL NOT fix your issue.

your import failed and re-running it will not magically fix this.

go into SPAM logs, expand them to find red entries, then read the log of your import. you will find what failed, then search SAP notes.

Eric is right...Before doing anythng first check the logs and try to find the cause of the failure. than you can and will get the right solution for your error.

Chandra, do these exact steps:

login into client 000

go into SPAM

GOTO -> Import logs -> Queue

double-click on RED entry until you actually an error message in the log.

this is the info you are looking for. search SAP notes with info found there.

This is just the end of the log.

Use the transaction SPAM - Goto - Import Logs - Queue

and drill up to the error.

Hi Anand,

i have restarted 4-5 times but error message is same., tell me that what could be the reason

Check out the memory usage at the time of error.

We did face an issue where the memory usage was very high. Increase the page file and it goes thru.

Also check the paramaters

abap/heap_area_dia,abap/heap_area_nondia,abap/heap_area_total.

Are they according to what the SAP recommendations are.

tp commands at the OS level should be done only after instructions from SAP.
