Channel extends to other plant

Dear gurus,

How to extend the channel to other plant. ( For ex. currently have the combination of channel 23 to plant 1000 ).

I want to extend the channel 23 to plant 2000.

Hi

We assign the plant to the combination of Sales Org+Distribution Channel to define the plant as DELIVERING PLANT. This is done in SPRO - Enterprise Structure. Since I donot have access to SAP now, I am unable to provide you the exact path.

Dear Rajendran,

Go through this IMG path then assign the distribution channel 23 to the plant 2000

SPRO>IMG>Enterprise structure>Assignement>sales and distribution-->Assign sales organization - distribution channel-plant Transaction OVX6

Note:- Make sure that these settings have been done for that Distribution channel

-->Definition of distribution channel 23 - Transaction OVXI

-->Assign distribution channel to sales organization -Transaction OVXK

-->Set up sales area -Transaction OVXG

-->Common distribution channels assignment through VOR1 transaction.
