ECR/ECO with Specifications, Recipes...

Hello Gurus,

I went to CC31 and CC32 transactions but I dont see any tab under objects for attaching recipes, specifications,.... basically objects for Recipe Management. Cant CC31, CC32 be used for Recipe Management objects.
