Hi,
I have found some error log in SLG1
Error while accessing container element ALERTLOGICAL_SYSTEM
Then i have done below activites
1.Try to use report SXMSALERT_LOGREADER to get the error details
2.Test your alerts using the report RSALERTTEST from Se38
3. Also run the report
RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES in XI so as to activate all the ICF services.
4. Go to SM59 --> RFC destination >CentralMonitoringServer XI Alerts. Try a test connection and emote l og on and check if user id and password ( PIRWBUSER ) is correct in this connection.
I have found some error details in SXMSALERT_LOGREADER report output
System_Failure:Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts
I think PIRWBUSER password hasbeen expired.
Now i have done troubleshooting of Alert configuration by running RSALERTTEST report. It triggering the alerts. How it is possible even after PIRWBUSER pwd exipred.
Please correct me if i'm wrong and let me know about system failure error.
Regards,
DEEP
Hi
How you are setting container element ALERTLOGICAL_SYSTEM?
It can be PIRWBUSER expired. But now its locked
try with changing the password and unlock it.
Thanks

Check st22 for any dumps. You may even try changing the user to any other user with similar roles as PIRWBUSER.

Hi
run transaction SU01 and unlock the user PIRWBUSER
if you dont have the rights then ask to your basis guy to unlock this user
then your alert will work
