Hi all,
We have an interface with a RFC sender and with several FTP receiver communication channels. After execute it, we are able to see in the sxmb_moni that the xml message has been successfully sent but on the other hand in RWB message monitoring we see that the sender is successful but the receivers are with 'to be delivered' status.
So no file is generated in our destination folder.
If we go to RWB -> adapter monitor -> file adapter we realise that receiver is in green status but says that 'no message processing until now'.
Does anybody of you know why our integration engine can not process our interface? (note that the sender seems to work properly as it is visible the xml message in sxmb_moni)
Thanks in advance and kind regards
Well,
if the CC is green and says "no messages processed until now" it is very unlikely that it has anything to do with the settings of the Channel, but rather with the ReceiverAgreement that doesn´t use the correct channel.
Any error with "ContentConversion" or FTP-Parameters would result in something else than a green light with the above mentioned message
Greetings
Stefan

Hi Esther,
Are you doing content conversion? If so cross check if the parameters specified are right and are in the right case. Also please check your configuration scenario just to make sure you had defined your receiver determinations interface determinations and the aggreements right, and make sure you have activated the same.

Chandra

Hi Esther -
The 'To Be Delivered' status in the AE means that the message has been transferred to the messaging system and is waiting to be processed. Please double check your Int. Directory configuration - mainly your receiver determination, corresponding receiver agreement, and the receiver agreement's corresponding receiver CC(s). Make sure the CC you're looking at in the adapter monitor corresponds to the one you have configured in your scenario.

Hi,
To configure FTP, you need to do the following things:
1.Download and install the ftp you need to use like guildftp and etc.
2.Add a user id and password to it.
3.Configure a root path.
4.Grant authorizations to the users like create, delete, append etc.
To configure FTP Protocol in XI, please go through all the following links. They should help you do the same.

If content conversion is involved, You have to mention the field names in header of data type: fieldNames. Hence if the key field is not present it will throw an error in adapter monitoring, FIELD NOT FOUND.
To make note mapping cannot be performed with a flat file as XI understands only XML. Hence content conversion required.
Please go thru these links for step by step procedure to do the same:

Hope they are helpful for you.
I hope I have answered your query.
