Hi
Answers to your questions as follows:
1. Can we do the above migration (Y/N)? --> Y
2. What precaution I would like to take ? -->
Go through the pdf you will come to know each and every step
https://websmp106.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700009331552004E
3. Send me the link of migration document ?
Check the below link
https://websmp106.sap-ag.de/osdbmigration
on right side tree you will find "SAP OS/DB Migration Check" --> Media Library

Hi,
You would be able to do a Remote client copy .But a migration is advisable for your scenario. As this is a OS migration and falls under SAP OSDB migration. And you would require SAP support for any issues. You need a certified OSDB consultant. You also need to ensure all pending updates are cleared.
Your source will not be affected if any issues arise so as such you should be fine. But there are pre migration checks required to be done in source system for a clean migration . Refer the documents provided by others in this thread.

Is SAP ECC 5.0 already installed on the below windows servers?? If it is, you can do either remote client copy or client export / import.
But if SAP is not there and you want to copy the entire system from your ECC 5 on HP-UX to your windows server, then you will have to follow the heterogeneous system copy as Juan said...
For Remote client copy or Client Export import, the support patch level of the source and the target system should be the same. Otherwise, the client copy will terminate due to missing tables or structures.

Jazz

Yes, you can... I'll recommend to go with the Windows 64 tho.
Now this cannot be done through client copy. You need to follow the Heterogeneous System Copy guide available at SAP Marketplace.
