SAP GUI for HTML the main toolbar buttons are displayed only as full-text

Hi experts,

I have a netweaver 04 SP20, EP 6, ECC 5.0, SAP_BASIS 6.40 SP22. I call a transaction via a portal transaction iview. The problem is the application buttons in the Common User Access (CUA) (toolbar) are displayed only as full-text buttons without icons. But the curious is that it only happens with IE 7 (7.0.5730.11), if i use Firefox 3.0.5, the application buttons in the Common User Access (CUA) (toolbar) are show with icons no text, and the format is much better than with IE.

Is there any way to do that with the IE? I tried to change the webgui service with ~WEBGUI_ICON_TOOLBAR (values 1 and 2), ~DESIGNS and ~THEME without success. In my company we can only use IE.

Could anyone help me please?

Set the ITS parameter ~WEBGUI_ICON_TOOLBAR to either 1 or 2
