Inconsistancy of Prices between the clients

Hi All,

We are facing a strange error in billing. We have used some routines and billing user exits for some condition types in pricing. Now, when we create billing documents in Sandbox the Invoice is posting to accounts. Where in Quality client Invoices are not posting accounts.

We could see that Net value is resetting to Zero in change mode of Invoice. But, when we go inside invoice and comeout then system is showing net value.

Can anybody light on this.

Dear Radha,

This may be due to User Exit or Routines which you have used in the billing,proceed in that angle,please take help of technical people to fix the issue.

Before that you make sure that you have maintained proper cinfiguration settings for the Revenue accoun determination in the Quality system.

Make sure your routines have been generated in the new system. Run RV80HGEN in SE38.
