Hello Chandra,

Have you tried to get in touch with IBIS? They are SAP content partner for SAP Solution Manager and have the most advanced solution for setting up your process structure within SAP Solution Manager.

They have co-developed RBE since 99 and over RBE Plus as their more advance version of RBE since 2004 in agreement with SAP.

You may also evaluate the functionality of "Solution Documentation Assistant" which is part of SAP Solution Manager.

Hi,

If there is no support for the RBE from SAP, then , how can we read and analyze the results, the XML file generated by the zrbe_main program. Is there any way I could analyze our system.

I have come ac-crossed some forums that RBE is very helpful.

Is there any alternative for this file to be read and analyzed?

I believe RBE is no longer available. It was available in one of the extra's packs for solution manager until quite recently. The alternative is a commercial product called RBE Plus (which integrates with Solution Manager).

It is a real shame as RBE is a very powerful tool when used correctly and with respect for any applicable data protection legislation.
