It has already been explained by Murli, beside that I would two more things to do.
Field assignment
After assigning the Access to the Access sequence, now select the access and double click on "Field" in dialog structure in the left.
Continue to click "Enter" button till the technical names of the fields in the condition tables are displayed.
Once the field names are displayed then save it and now the field assignment is complete.
Repeat the same for each access/condition table row.
If you will not do this then you find error when you will create the sales order.
Arranging the condition table
While assigning the condition tables in the access sequence, you should ensure that they are arranged from most specific condition table to gradually more general condition table as searching strategy of Access sequence is "most specific to most general".
If you will not arrange in the above proper order still access sequence will do its job but system performance will be affected.

Hi Cathy,
Do you mean how to arrange the Condition table sequence in an Access sequence?
If that is what you meant to ask, then list down the key combinations that you have made. Then based on the most specific to the least specific, maintain in the descending order.

Karthik.
