Document Reversal

Hi Folks,

Our business has received material document with movement type 101, which contain 10 materials with different line, but out of 10, 9 material are already consumed after the QI inspection, but 10th material is still in Quality and business has not started inspection on same and business need to do reverse this material but system does not allow to do 102 movement b'se other material are already consumed by system. So is there any way we can reverse document without QI inspection in this case?

hi

if system is consumed the 9 quantity, you need to bring it back using 262.

then you try 102 for the document selecting the stock type Unrestricted use.

or do MBST.

there is no other process.

Hi,

Execute MBST, enter the material document number and select only required line item to cancel and save it.

check it and revert back .

out 0f 10 line items, 9 line items are already consumed only one item is in QI stock, which business want to reverse without QI inspection, in this system does not allow to execute MBST.
