HI Gurus
Can anyone please tell that when I look for the 24 hour time profile in ST03N in my CRM production system, I always get a display with some missing hours and some consolidated hours rather than the response for each hour individually.E.g. I get data for like 00 -02 ; 04-06 ; ... etc rather than 00-01;01-02......
I tried running the report SWNC_CONFIG_TIMEPROFILE. This worked in other platforms but not CRM.
Can anyone please help me on this?

Hi,
Because SAP decided to design transaction ST03 like this. They think that you don't need data for each hours of the night when everybody is sleeping.
And yes, I know about multinational companies with SAP systems used 24/24 !
It seems that the ST03 developper did not...

I know it has been a while since you posted your question, but have you seen note 910897? As long as your CRM system is 7.00 with SAP_BASIS SP9 or higher; or 7.10 then this note should be valid.
