Reg: Assign the userid to the roles xi_af_channel_admin_modify

I want to assign the role xi_af_channel_admin_modify to userid in PI 7.1. Can anybody help me to do so?,

Hi Poja,

The blog/document explains how to assign the role in PI 7.0, But not in PI 7.1.

Search in Assigned Actions Tab

Try Assigning the actions :

● modify or payload actions for application sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt*mdt

Does this role have been changed in PI 7.1? My scenario is I want to control my adapter communication channels from outside/other applications.

hi venu,

go to useradmin page

http://<server>:port/useradmin

Enter the User and select

Go to Roles tab -->Click on the modify button and add the role
