Please let me know how to change message setting from error to warning.

Counter in Control Tables 00

Message Identification AM

System Message Number 117

Output Type E

You can see this error message detail in SE91 but you are not suppose to change the standard functionality.

[Standar SAp Message|]

Standard SAP Message can't be changed (unless changes are made in to Standard Code).
