Hi ,
Driver program is always prefreable than writing code in smartform. As it enhances the reusability and also provides flexibility in terms of further change.

Hi,
The driver Program is better way of coding as the driver program once made can be used for multiple forms.i.e it is reusable.

Hi,
If we write code in form it will reduce the performance of the program so the best practice would be writing code in driver program.
